The ground level features a continuous space that transitions from a coffee shop at the corner, to a restaurant-bar at the center, to a co-working event space at the end. Resident parking is tucked behind in an efficient layout.
A double-height lobby connects to the 2nd floor common terrace. Standardized loft units step back to provide relief from the street. Every unit has frontage front and back, allowing for extensive natural light, and natural ventilation throughout.
Loft units continue to step back, allowing for large private balconies in 50% of the units. The rest of the units take advantage of wide circulation toward the back of the site, allowing for small areas to be private to each unit.
Lofts continue to step back. Framed balconies create a more private sense of space at the private balconies, and opportunities for shading elements.
The roof culminates in an open-air roof amenity space, with plenty of room for solar panel installation taking advantage of uninterrupted southern exposure.
